HME125 Horizontal Machining Center Heavy Duty Cnc Milling Machine Automatic Machining Center

Horizontal machining center spindle speed is high, the rigidity is strong, the torque is big. The main shaft is equipped with cooling system, the automatic rotation of the double working table, reducing the auxiliary time, improve efficiency. This series of machine tool performance is perfect, the precision is stable, it is suitable for processing various types of box parts and two dimensional, three-dimensional surface, it is mechanical, automobile, communication, textile machinery, printing machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries processing box type parts of key equipment.
Machine tool design ensures high bed rigidity
The finite element analysis of the machine tool structure is carried out in each stage from the basic design to the guarantee of high-speed and high-precision continuous machining. Simulation experiments were conducted on the deformation caused by the machine tool center bearing load to ensure the excellent bending rigidity of the machine tool. DRC's DHM series of horizontal integrated machining centers suitable for heavy cutting processing are designed with large spans in the X-axis guide rail to bring the spindle and the rear support rail closer to increase the cutting rigidity of the column and fully meet customer cutting needs.
1. The headstock is specially designed with high-strength, high-rigidity cage and keel rib structure.
2. The main shaft is made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, which has been tempered, rough-finished, carburized, aging treated and precision ground finished; it has high precision, strong rigidity, and is not easy to deform.
3. Using high output servo motor (22kw), the maximum speed is 6000rpm. After the main shaft is assembled, it is calibrated by the dynamic balance test.
Cnc Horizontal Machining Center Guide
1. X, Y, Z axis slide rails adopt heavy-duty linear roller guides, which have good rigidity, high precision and long life.
2. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt C3 grade precision ball screws and P4 grade bearings, with good positioning accuracy.
3. The bed rails of X, Y, and Z-axis machine tools adopt metal enclosed telescopic protective covers to ensure that the rails and screw rods are not polluted by the erosion of cutting water and iron filings.
4. The X, Y, Z axis transmission method adopts Japanese (FANUC) servo motor direct transmission, which has the advantages of rapid transmission, stable accuracy, elimination of backlash, improvement of torsional rigidity, elimination of axial error, etc., which greatly improves the positioning accuracy of the machine tool .
Cooling: The cooling water tank uses a split design, so that the chips are easy to clean and the cooling water is easy to replace.
Iron chip removal: The high-torque screw chip conveyor is installed on the Z-axis, with a high-efficiency chain plate chip conveyor mechanism, which completely solves the problem of chip removal and also solves the effect of cutting iron chip heat on machining accuracy
