Installation conditions

1. Temperature In order to keep the machine tool processing accuracy within the standard value range, it is necessary to ensure that the working environment temperature is 17°C ~ 25°C, and the temperature change for 24 hours a day should be kept within ±2°C. If the accuracy of the parts being processed is lower than the factory accuracy of the machine tool, the ambient temperature range can be relaxed to 10°C~38°C.
2. Humidity Continuous: Below 75% (no condensation) Short time: 95% or less (no condensation)
3. Altitude Below 1000m
4. Installation site conditions The equipment installation site should be away from direct sunlight, vibration sources and heat sources, as well as high-frequency generators, welding machines, etc., to avoid machine tool production failures or loss of machine tool accuracy.
5. Air source requirements Air source pressure ≥0.6Mpa, filtration accuracy 100μm. In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air source cannot meet the air source requirements, an air source purification device (dehumidification, oil removal, filtration) should be added before the machine tool air intake.
6. Power supply 3-phase 380V±10%; 50H Z        
If the voltage in the area where it is used is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped with a regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.
